Lynn is Executive Director of SeaTrust Institute, a scientific and educational nonprofit organization on the Washington State Coast; Senior Analyst and founder of OSSIA, an organization specializing in research, environmental conflict management, strategic partnerships and public policy for 26 years; published author and speaker.
